Questions

Do shipping and taxes count?

No. Only the price of the products you buy earns points, after any discount.

When do I get my points?

Your points are added to your account as soon as your order is paid. Log in and come back to this page to see your balance.

How do I use my points?

Log in before checking out. At payment, your points show up as Norvek store credit: apply them and the amount comes off your order. You can use all of them or just part.

What if I return an order?

The points earned on a refunded order are removed from your account.
